Frequently Asked Questions

From your order date, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped. If based in Ireland, please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive after receiving the shipment email.

Please note with current COVID delays, from time to time it may take longer. For international orders, please allow up to 20 working days for your order to arrive.

We accept payments through PayPal & Stripe for all major credit/debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay to anyone using OS devices with Apple Pay set up.

We hope you are very happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, you can fill out our returns form found here.

Please bear in mind we can only accept returns within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Items must be in original packaging and unworn, rings must have the size tag attached or return will not be accepted.

Earrings & tights cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days.

Our jewellery ranges from fashion pieces and stainless steel tarnish-free pieces but we recommend you store and care for both styles the same way.

When not wearing your jewellery please store it in the air-tight plastic bag provided in your order. Many metals will oxidize or experience surface changes over time as a result of being in contact with oxygen. Oxygen is in the air and in water and acids. Please keep your jewellery away from water, lotions and perfumes.

Follow our simple rule when getting ready each day: “Jewellery should always be last on and first off”.

As your metals react to chemicals such as oxygen and sulphur, the metals undergo a process known as oxidisation. Silver is especially reactive to sulphur. To avoid this please store your jewellery in the air-tight plastic bag provided in your order when not wearing and keep away from water, lotions and perfumes.
