Shipping Policy

From your order date, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped.

If based in Ireland, please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive after receiving the shipment email.

Please note with current COVID delays, from time to time it may take longer.

For European orders, please allow up to 15 working days from shipment email for your order to arrive. (Please allow for delays for peak times)

For the rest of the world please allow 20-30 working days from shipment email for your order to arrive. (Please allow for delays for peak times)

When making an order, you are agreeing to the terms that custom charges on international orders, are out of our control, and any charges that may incur are the customers responsibility.

Making A Return

Whilst we hope you are very happy with your purchase, if for some reason you are not. You may fill out the below returns form to start the process & we will be in touch with further details as soon as possible. 

Please note we only accept returns within 14 days of dispatch. Items must be in original packaging & unworn.

Rings must have size tag still attached. Earrings & Tights cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Clothing must have hygiene ribbon & tag still attached, once this is removed you cannot return the item.

Please note you are responsible for the cost of return shipments & we do not refund original shipment cost. You will be notified through email when a refund has processed, please allow 3-5 days for the costs to return to the payment method.
